Over-the-Range Fingerprint Resistant Microwave -Stainless Steel the mounting of both are similar, however, the current unit and the WMG31017HZ do have different specifications. We would recommend checking out the Installation Manual for more information on the difference between the two.

Q: QuestionWhat one should I purchase. The whirlpool microwave I have is 30” long, 17 “ high, 17” deep? It is over the stove. The one I have has damage on the rim from heat from oven.

• A:Answer Just look for over stove models. The dimensions are posted. They roughly have about the same dimensions give or take a little because the over the stove installation is very common.
