“Full length Freezer shelf There is NOT a full width freezer shelf with this unit, I learned the hard way. Only the half sized one. How can one order a full width shelf? I don't see this option anywhere on this site.”

I asked the same question they sent me a new shelve but it was for the refrigerator, still waiting for a return box. They said they don't make a full size shelf for this model
