• it is not reversible!! I read the response from whirlpool stating it was and am disappointed, to say the least, that it is not. Now I have t squeeze past something to open the door.

• The door on this freezer may have been reversible four years ago when Whirlpool answered it. The model here listed is NOT reversible. I bought one thinking the door was reversible due to Whirlpool's answer four years ago. Mine is not. I didn't send it back but Whirlpool or Best Buy needs to correct the information or change the model number. The industry standard is to change the model number.
