• Hi J, This unit does not have a decibel rating. All washers can make noises and deepening on the size of the load this could cause it be louder then other cycles. We hope this helps.

• I’ve had it for 2 months no problems so far it made wired noise once and I think it’s because I had to much in on one side because it was only when I washed my comforter and sheets and that was it after that smooth sailing!
