• Just hit the start (pause) button and it will unlock and you can start it back up again without restarting your load of laundry.

• I've been looking at Whirlpool w/d for a few weeks now and I'm just amazed at how bad or useless the responses are from your Whirlpool rep. Kind of like " Hey, we don't want to commit ourselves to anything so we just give bland answers to simple questions from owners and potential buyers". I have been happy with the Q&As from the public about my choice of W/D, but the lack of knowledge and commitment from the Whirlpool company makes me shy away from purchasing their products. Hot - yes. Cold - yes. Lukewarm - spit you out.
