“Could someone please measure the depth of the tub to the opening, my mom is only 5' tall and I need to know if she can reach the bottom. Thank you!”

Hi, the washer is 36" tall, to the bottom of the wash tub is 24" from the top...that's 5 ft. My daughter is 5ft 3 inches and easily reaches the bottom. A small 6" step stool would insure that! I really like this machine too, it makes some new sounds but the duel action really cleans and softens my cloths so I like it. I also bought a matching dryer.

I found a long handled pair of kitchen/bar-b-que tongs and use them to reach into the machine to retrieve the items left in the bottom of the machine. Hope this helps.
