• Mine would not. If it was turned off or lid was opened for a length of time the water would drain automatically.

• Hi Cooper, unfortunately, due to safety concerns, the Washer will drain due to inactivity. We would recommend the Soak and wash in one cycle. Skip a trip to the laundry room with Soaking cycles that start washing whites and colors as soon as they're done soaking.
