“I bought this in October and was never around while it was on. Now that I am home when it is washing a load, it makes a loud knocking sound. Is this normal?”

Mine is a few months old and it does not make any knocking noises. If it does it in spin mode it could be load is not balanced. But if all the time i would have it checked.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’ve had this washer for 5.5 years and just replaced it with a new one of the same make and model. The only knocking I’ve ever heard was when the load was unbalanced.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We had a knocking sound and incidentally found the hose in the back of the washer was knocking against the back of the washer. Just wrapped it in a sponge, no more knocking. Worth checking.
