Where do we put the Downey at null

There is a fabric softener dispenser under the lid of this model.

Reyna, Unfortunately this Washer does not have a Dispenser for Fabric Softener. We found out the hard way also. A little disappointing but this Hi efficiency washer with the auto sensor for water level otherwise has been a great washer thus far. We have had ours for about a month now. We have been putting the softener in with the detergent cycle. !!??
