“I am having issues with the machine stopping after the wash cycle. We have to manually drain & spin and then the clothes are soaked because the cycles run incorrectly. Suggestions?”

If it’s still under warranty, have it looked at. If not, buy another (better) washer. I hate mine and will probably have to replace it after only 2 years. Sometimes it goes through the final spin a couple times!
