Hi Katsie, we do apologize greatly to hear you are experiencing this. We would recommend you calling into Whirlpool's call center for troubleshooting or schedule service. We are open Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 8am-4:30pm Eastern Standard Time.
