• Hello Marta! We would like to suggest that you try turning the circuit breaker to the appliance off for one full minute to possibly reset the control. If that is unsuccessful we would recommend having a local certified technician properly diagnose the issue.

• Unplug the unit for at least thirty seconds and then plug it back in. That will reset it. If not call a repair service.
