- Answer CooCoo, you would need to push in and turn the knob counter clock wise to lite and the surface burners will click. You would then need to turn the knob to anywhere between high and low. Please visit page 5 of the use and care manual for more information.

QuestionRecent purchase with installation. Should there be visible flames in the oven? They are only visible from the side vents inside the oven but they are orange and quite high during preheat. Is this normal?

QuestionCan I use 220v with this? Or is there a way to use this without having to get a transformer? Do I have to use electricity at all, cause I want a fully gas range.

- Answer Hello NotInAmerica, you do need electricity to power on the appliance and the fact that the igniters are electric. However, the unit is a gas range. - Answer Hello cabinpal, as long as you are not smelling gas and if all burners are turned to off, you may have moisture in the switches from cleaning or a spill. Allow time for the moisture to dry. You can speed up the drying time by removing the knobs and blowing cool air from a hair blow dryer onto the knob shaft.

QuestionWe just moved into a house with a gas oven/range. The front of the door gets extremely hot to the touch. It read 160° with a temp gun ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE DOOR. I have a 16 month old that explores everything. Does th range door stay cool to the touch???
