“Why will the new EDR1RXD1 water filter not dispense water? This model number is the one I have always used since buying the refrigerator. Had this water filter changed in any way? I have purchased 2 and neither will work. Have to use the used one”

• I don’t think it’s the water filter might want to check the water line plugged in.
