“How many years warranty coverage do you get with Geek Squad? It comes with 1 yr from the manufacturer so is it 1yr + 4yr for a total of 5 years? Or just 3 extra years for a total of 4 years?”

Thank you for reaching out! Geek Squad warranty coverage is 4 years total. The first year is concurrent with the manufacturer warranty, and the next 3 are solely Geek Squad. During the original manufacturer's warranty period, most repairs will be handled by the manufacturer. Your 1-year manufacturer warranty covers accidental damage, power surges, mechanical and electrical breakdowns, and software support. During your warranty period, we will resolve robot issues at no charge, including free shipping both ways. There are never deductibles or hidden fees. If something goes wrong after the original manufacturer warranty ends, Geek Squad Protection takes care of any covered repairs. Please let us know if you have any further questions!
