• Yes, all of our products are Energy Star rated. This unit uses 70 watts at the highest possible setting. However, it does have an "auto" mode where it cleans with the most energy efficient fan speed based on the air quality of the room.

• I run mine 24 hours a day seven days a week even in the summertime. My electric bill is relatively low and that’s because my kids leave the TV on all day long. and we have an electric stove and my wife runs a fan all night long in our bedroom . my electric bill is under 60 bucks in the summer time.. so relatively low..
