It underestimates mine by quite a bit. It usually says I’m between 7 and 9 percent. I wish! I’m probably more like the low teens.

Please try again later.Hi, I can’t vouch for the accuracy because I have not compared it to another measurement device BUT I can tell you that it is very consistent and it tracks in a graph so that you can see progress. It doesn’t fly I ate wildly or anything. It serves my outpost of tracking loss. My previous Withings captured resting heart rate and I miss that feature on this one. Advice is to buy the model up for a few bucks to get heart rate too. I was able to track how my resting heart rate improved as my fitness did. For what it it worth. Whatever model you choose.. it’s terrific.
