• No it does not have this feature. You can have it take 3 readings consecutively and it gives you the average. But only way to initiate a reading is pressing the start button.

• No, the cuff can be started manually from the device itself. You can use the app to take a series of three consecutive readings, but I do not believe there is any way via the app or otherwise to program readings at specific times.
