Is different sizes? People have different arms... null

I have large arms, and it is not accurate. My friend is around 14" arms and it is dead-on...so if you are larger than 16" arms, I'd say find another product...but 15 or less, you should be fine.

I am a big guy and normally need an extra long cuff, this fits me great.

The band has book & loop so it can adjust to most size arms. If you have very large biceps or unusually skinny arms, you may want to check to be sure you are in the adjustable range.

Just one size. But since it’s a fold out, it can accommodate a bigger arm circumference than its predecessor.

Withings Website says: Arm circumference: 22 to 42 cm (9 to 17 in).

Me and my wife both share it, and we have different size arms.

It kinda adjust the arm band, and you can make it tighter or bigger if needed

You would have to check vendor website for range of cuff. Should fit 99% of users. Not fixed size but a sleeve that can be expanded as much as needed to fit your arm and then secured with velcro on cuff.
