“I have a Dell Inspiron 3670. I currently have two monitors, I would like to have three. Will this work with my current computer and accomplish what I want to do. I am on Windows 10.”

I really don't think it will work with 3 I know it will with 2

As long as the computer can fit this graphics card and the power supply has a high enough wattage you should be fine.

It has one HDMI and three DisplayPorts for monitors. So you can connect 3 monitors.
