• No Atbest it’s a 1080P 60 Card for most games if you’re looking for 4K gaming for most games you should be looking for RTX 3080 Rx 6800

• It can, but it's not going to max the FPS and settings... but for the price it'll get you there. If you want something that'll handle it at max fps you'll have to go up in budget.
