“How do you unlock if the batteries run out or you forget to change the batteries?”

• There is a 9V battery terminal located below the keypad. You simply hold a 9V battery to that terminal, enter your code to get inside and change the batteries. The app will alert you for a few weeks when your batteries are running low.

• The instructions show a way to attach a 9volt battery to the bottom of the keypad which will temporarily power it enough to enter your code and disengage the deadbolt.
