The Yale Assure 2 is not compatible with a 5G router. We are only compatible with a 2.4ghz network.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It probably is compatible. Just to clarify (to others) I assume you mean 5 GHz wifi router. All routers I know of that do 5 GHz also do 2.4 Ghz. While 5 and 6 GHz can be faster they also usually go shorter distances. So it can be good to have both. For good or bad it is common for old and new devices to still use 2.4, So just turn on 2.4, and 5 your router very likely has it.
