QuestionI want to buy this lock for my vacation home to remote program the code and delete the code from the phone without being at home Can I program a new door code from my home on my phone to give it the housekeepers or contractor and delete the code later?

QuestionDoes this come with hard keys so you can have extra keys made? I have one made in china and you cannot get extra hard keys made. I will have the geek squad install this one they did a great job with my televisions on total tech.

- Answer Yes, you can make copies of the hard keys. I was easily able to copy them at a Minute Key kiosk inside Walmart.

- Answer Yes for the short answer. You will just have to work connecting the device. Once you’ve done that you can lock and unlock it easily.

- Answer If you have the additional module you can have up to 250, 25 without the module. Yes, I add and remove all my user codes from the app. You can add them to where the user can use the Yale app to lock/unlock or you can make them code based only which is what I tend to do.
