Try changing the main hdmi cable (the one that connects the receiver to the tv) see if that helps, i had a similar issue in the beginning and changing that hdmi cable fixed the issue.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think the 1080p of your dish is the problem. Your Q-70T has a 4K picture. Do you have a 4K bluray player and movie. Hook it direct to the tv hdmi To test the picture quality. Some of the 4k systems can't upscale a 1080p picture to 4k quality.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My tv has hdmi-e that is to the Yamaha receiver. All of my streaming Netflix,Hulu,Disney+ ect. Is direct to my tv. The hdmi-e works like an output for the tv audio. GTC
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I replaced the HDMI cable with a Rocketfish™ - 4' 8K Ultra High Speed HDMI® 2.1 Certified Cable. The picture quality definitely improved. I still have a pixelization issue when going back and forth between streaming apps in my TV and my Dish receiver. Unplugging the TV for 10 seconds fixes the issue but is quite annoying. I’m not sure if it’s the Yamaha receiver or my Samsung TV that causes the issue.
