“Can this system "stream" audio to a set of Bluetooth headphones? I'm asking because there is a family member is hard of hearing. If so, I would need to also hear the audio while they can listen through the headphones. Or is there another solution?”

This unit receives Bluetooth from other devices, not sure it will transmit Bluetooth. You can order Bluetooth transmitter for headphone jack but it will transmit to headphone only.
