“It says in the manual you're able to set the start volume for each input Channel independently. Is not working Bluetooth is too loud. It has to go lower than the TV channel when switched. It only remains on the existing volume that it's on at the time.”

Hi. I suggest tuning the Bluetooth source, your phone for example, volume down so you don’t project a loud signal into your unit.
