Call them. (Call the store if u don’t have the membership email.)

You just go to your account information and then select "manage membership" near the top of the page. Then "cancel membership" is along the side of the popup.

Can cancel online effective immediately but beware that the balance payments up to minimum 1 year will be taken at once
