Replacement cost is the price of shipping - ~$7. I have total tech at Best Buy, so installation was free both times.

If you register for the warrantee as soon as you get it, you don't pay. There's a 100% replacement policy no matter how many times it breaks. If you do not register you'll have to purchase another one.

Technically, yes. You will have to pay for shipping which is about 5-6 dollars, but it’s a lot cheaper than paying full price.
