“Mine has a nick at the edge to start with and now my fingernails are leaving scratch marks on it!!! I had one on my old phone and never had any problems, but am not happy with this one... It is only a month old. What can I do?”

I would take it to Best Buy and they will hopefully replace it for free.

Please try again later.I had the same chip problem, but that was AFTER I dropped my phone on a concrete floor! ha I was lucky the glass protecter cracked and NOT the front glass screen of my phone, that's the idea you know: save the phone face! I have used ZAGG many years and many phones ago and yes, I have cracked many a one as I work in a rough environment and drop my phone quite a bit as well as push it off surfaces by mistake. I do know that if you go register your purchase on the ZAGG website (check your instructions) they will back the screen for a year and send you a new one within that time.
