Definitely, I used it every day and haven't seen any negative differences with having the glass shield. Plus it's helping protect my actual screen from the pen.

When I installed this screen protector the pen tip was not always aligned with the ink. I would say the pen is usable with this screen protector. The bigger issue with this screen protector is the significant loss in touch sensitivity when using fingers. I would not recommend it to anyone. I threw mine in the garbage after one week of use.
