“Guarantee -- How do I get a replacement? I understand I can get a replacement if my phone turns out to be defective. I just returned my Note 5 due to a warranty defect. I kept the shield w/ the receipt and wonder how I go about getting my replacement? Thanks!”

• I suggest going to the Zagg website and contacting them directly.

• Call them, they will send a Warranty Return pkg with a new shield in it. Put the old shield on the provided paper, state the reason for the return, and if you ask really nicely they might waive the return fees, and send a prepaid shipping label. Customer Svc there is pretty friendly

• All you have to do is stick it on a piece of paper and mail to Zagg....As long as the shield is registered, they will send you a new one.
