• No the keyboard is part of the case. You can easily remove the I Pad out of the case though

• No you cannot detach the keyboard from the iPad. It is a cover and snaps all together. It's like a small laptop computer.

• No unfortunately you cannot, however they sell another one that does. Its actually on clearance at the moment for 50% off in white

• no you cannot take it off but the I pad is easy enough to pop out. I thought that may be a problem for me but I use it in the case and don't feel it is an issue. :)
