• Probably not. The lens is able to be aimed quite a bit. It will be a decidedly low angle view but I believe it will work.

• The camera is rotatable. You can point it upward.

• Ours is at the same level and we didn't have to. You can adjust the camera some but not drastically.

• No I installed my Zmodo where my old one was and it was a little above waist level and I was able to see the street and cars riding by.

• No you do not. It is a wide angle lens. No trouble in capturing the even the ceiling with the camera. Mine is also at waist level
