The lasts times that I need to use this service, they always want to check the device, even if it's obvious that probably they need to replace the entire product, and this cause that we remain without the product for at least 4 weeks

I should have up to a year prior to damage to decide if I want to purchase more Warranty and the whole renewing warranties no longer without telling people years after they purchased a warranty and went to renew it sucks

We haven’t had to use it but when/if we do I hope it’s worth it.
