    A bit pricey, but so was the laptop. Hard to invest this much without some long term protection.

    Cant get help even though i bought 2 year plan

    I called geek squad for help on my warranty for msi laptop with a bad fan they said they were all booked up and couldn't make an appointment so i said how do we do this he said he had to transfer me so i can get someone to send me a box to send laptop to manufacturer i said ok 5 hours later know one answers the phone i was on hold the whole time with no help i am completely dissatisfied as a customer.

    They really tried to help over several days, but were unable to fix the problem and blamed the problem on the computer. Called my IT friend that then fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes.
