    Chromebook hinges wore out. Took back to Best Buy for repair and the tech slammed lid and cracked screen. Unrepairable so they did replace unit BUT had to repurchase protection for replacement unit at the cost of $200. Seemed unfair.

    I want a replacement for my tv and the can’t get me one and the won’t get me one. Apparently I need to get another tv and pay the difference of any.

    No need for this . Returned a laptop because it had heating issues . We were told for the geek squad to help us we had to purchase some membership for $180 for the to help us.Very disappointed.

    I purchased a Laptop computer and extended Warranty, but Nothing is available in Print; not Warranty or operating instructions! Phone transfers and long password changes every time I call, so can't access online.

    I have only used geek squad once, but it was a bad experience. After having countless problems with my surface pro 7, I sent it in only to get it back 3 weeks later and be told there was nothing wrong. I am still having the same issues with it but I can not do anything about it. The laptop is useable but I would have liked if it were perfectly working and nothing was wrong with it.

    The touchpad is already malfunctioning after only 2 months!!! No amount of downloading &/or troubleshooting is helping at all. This website is a hot mess & i can't see any way to get help other than to call?! What year is this?! Why is there mo troubleshooting available online?!!!

    it's a great idea to buy this protection incase an accident does happen. however, i have not had to use it yet so i cant say it has come in handy yet. great idea though

    Ordered this for an expensive laptop. Was not happy with the process. Just a few weeks after receiving the laptop it started to malfunction. It took over a month to get told they couldn’t repair it. Then they didn’t want to just give me the exact laptop as a replacement because it was not on sale that day. Not worth the hassle.

    I thought my laptop was getting repaired. It was gone for 3 weeks. When it returns it was as if it had been repaired and dropped again. Ended up just getting a store credit to get another laptop. Although i really wanted my laptop

    Warranty fail... within 1st year. I bought additional coverage for 2 years. 2-4 weeks to repair for a computer I rely on for my living. This service is a rip-off! Never again Best Buy, never again.

    The protection plans are a must on expensive products, but they’re definitely not what they used to be. Especially when they stopped offering the renewal option for protection plans.

    wasn't worth the price, all that I was told would be included, was not and this warranty was worthless......STRONGLY ADVICE JUST NOT BOTHERING TO BUY IT

    Told me my lap top was junk and offered a refund. Have only had computer since Jan. No help! No communication! No computer! Why sell this if it’s garbage and your going to trash it! Screen turned black! No one told me anything! I had to drive to the actual store to find out they trashed my daughters computer! Garbage service!

    When I call to cancel the Geek Squad program because of a very bad service, thay told me $55 was the apportionment and then they sent $5. Incredible! Never will be a client for Best Buy
