It’s okay if you know you’re hard on computers

Disappointing

Only after a year of having it the charging port went bad, and they told me it would take 1.5 weeks to fix it because they have to send it off. How can you be a computer repair company and not fix things on site?

poor quality servicemen

Manager was nice and tried hard to get it fixed from a distance, but alas still stuck with issue. And with COVID 19 had no service that i could depend on. Computer broken from feb-july. and still on blink!

Miscommunications and bad service

Wanted to charge to back up files before rebooting operating system, yet employee I talked to said that they would do it no problem. Trying to make money and do as little for the customer as possible.

Geek Squad plan does not cover issues

Since then I have had to purchase additional plans and other support help because I have had so many issues with the system we purchased. This plan was a waste of money since it does not seem to cover any of the issues we have had.

You are paying them to charge you more. Get the extended warranty from the manufacture, they fix and return.

TOTALLY WORTHLESS

Stay away!! Useless coverage

Told me I would be without the laptop while it’s shipped off for 10-12 weeks. That’s not an option for my school laptop. Horrible machine and horrible service
