Not worth it if they keep on trying to fix something they know is going to be mess up in a few days weeks or in a month. Yet they don't tell you about it and want to wait for the warranty to expire so that you have to paid out of pocket to fix what they knew was not fix.

Can’t get help immediately. Must schedule an appt. I returned my laptop and the protection plan.

Biggest waste of money. Have to jump through so many hoops to get your computer looked at. I would have extended the manufacturers warranty if I knew how bad their's was.

Geek squad in college station are the worse. Very unprofessional and mean. It’s a waste of money to invest for their service unless you go to a location in nearby cities don’t purchase their service. There’s always waiting time even though you schedule an appointment!

Have it, bought it, never used it. Probably could have used it. just never did. Just didnt.

The service doesn't cover hardware so it is essentially worthless.

I think if you pay a pretty penny for a device it will last. And you should not get or need insurance unless you are in a hazardous surrounding. To say the least...get Fitbit it suits your conscious otherwise we upgrade our devices so much these days why should it matter seriously

Came in to get assistance with downloading trend security since I wasn't able to get the service I paid for. Cold shoulder I received. I was told I have people here who has an appointment. Shouldn't be a full star. Zero for rudeness.

My computer was messed up and I had to get store credit and they did not refund me for the plan and I didn’t even have the computer for a whole year

It doesn't cover the basics for laptops waste of money

What they don't tell you is tgat if you bought your purchase a year ago and it needs replacement they only give you credit at the rate you paid for it. Not to actually replace it. So now a computer that cost me $200 is now $320. Sucks and not what i thought it would be.

Geek Squad always found a reason not to fix my computer. It happened to me twice. I will never buy another warranty with them.

Haven’t had to use it yet. But if and when I do, I’m sure it will be up to standards.

I called to use it 3-days after buying my computer and I was told I have no plan.

Great laptop when it worked. Couple years into battery just died. Geek Squad replaced and now it still dies and the protection is over. Still didnt get fixed and they fix them once
