Needed to clean and enstall new WebRoot. At first, it was not working. OH NO! Lord give me a couple more years on this MAC> I need help. why? I moved my wifi connection and voila. Never jump to conclusions even though your old. I am old. I need grandchildren's help.... or Geek Squad.

Over the past 15 years, I've always had GS on speed dial; & they've NEVER let me down. My team often went well out of their way to do what they didn't have to do. Intellectual, knowledgeable about their specialty as well as any out of store processes that may take place; all around on point. Every time.

Havent used them yet for this purchase. But in the past they have fixed my laptops and other phones.

I bought insurance for a Nokia 3.4. My only question is after a year if I have an accident or drop the phone is a replacement covered. It is still a good phone. Useful.

I purchased the protection plan just in case l drop it and the screen breaks or anything else that may go wrong. It also covers it if I lose it too. Hopefully I won't have to use it..

When ever I purchase a phone with Best Buy I like to add the geek quad insurance because it’s understanding and they do help you when your phone gets lost or stolen

Get this protection if you own an expensive device. The parts are expensive to replace and Geek Squad protection covers parts and labor. $200/year for protection is better than $400 for one time part replacement.

Not a better deal in my opinion. I paid for the plan, but when i went there for my broken phone to get it repaired, they don't have parts and said need to pay 200 more and will get me a new phone.

Product was just as described and perfect condition. Couldn't have been any happier and it came the very next day. yaay. I love me some Best buy

They helped when mynphone broke and went above and beyond to honor the warranty

Its nice to know you have some protection in case something happens. I do want to say that the Best Buy employee who helped us in getting the new phone with accident plan was a pleasure to work with.

So grateful for this option. I've used it for several years and any time a phone ends up broken, I'm able to get it fixed or get a replacement quickly. Definitely worth the few extra dollars a month.

It's nice to Finally get some sort of Warranty for my Phone. And this time it came with my purchase. We'll see if and how it will cover my phone in case something goes wrong.

It is great to have even when not needed because emergency are unpredictable.

Giving this a good review because I don't know that it is not just broke my phone two weeks ago and it was out of warranty a couple of months. Have had this service on other things in the past and has been very useful.

The best investment you'll ever make. Great service and no hoops to jump through. If available, I buy this service with every product I purchase.
