Geek squad coverage is awesome! When ever I have any technical problems with any product I get from Best Buy they will help me!!! Can live without it!!!

its always nice to have on a phone just in case you make a mistake and it gets damaged

Looked nice, didnt have a chance to use it since theres no NFC.

I am really impressed with this phone, the night pictures are great. Kinda takes a but getting use to the volume buttons being on the same side as power button.

It's great to have a protection plan because Best Buy has covered the phone and fully reimbursed for the paid price.

This has made my life so much easier versus a company like Apple making me jump through hoops to get things fixed. This is very convenient and affordable.

I purchased this for my wife's phone and you can't go bad with a 2 year warranty, it covers loss, damage and other stuff and the price is reasonable, so if you think your phone is not going to be protected then this is your option to purchase the geek squad protection, I hope this helps.

The agent explained to me why my tablet was slow and offered solutions. Since then my product is performing excellently.

Phone died after falling down and screen breaking. There is a 100$ deductible. Cannot return old phone directly to store. Had to ship it. Geeksquad paid for shipping. Claim was paid out in bestbuy gift card.

We are happy with having the Geek Squad Protection for all of our electronic items purchased from Best Buy. When our computers experienced problems for Windows 10 updates The Geeks corrected the issues with no additional charges. A great team of computer techs.

Would suggest getting protection because son lost or broke phone multiple times and definitely saves you money.
