When we were buying the product agent suggested me the program which was very helpful to have.

I purchased a new phone yesterday and also purchased this!! You never know when you going to need it and with the price of the phone it's better to be safe instead of sorry.

I think it's a good idea to protect phone fromr accidents or malfunction once warranty expires. Gives me peace of mind.

It is a mistake to purchase your cell phone anywhere else! There employees are polite , and knowledgeable.But most important, is that if there is an issue they are right there to help you.

The agent that helped me was very respectful and answered all my questions and helped me transfer my info to my new phone.

My phone was stolen tried using the protection plan i paid for. Did everything they said i needed to do, and believe me i got the run around on that! Anyways theybsaid they would replace it within 10 business days waited 14 called back they gave some excuse they cant find a replacement phone to send so they would send a voucher for me to purchase a new one. Its been almost a.month still nothing and now when i call they keep transfering me to different departments until finally they hang up on me. This extra protection is a complete WASTE of money and i will never purchase a phone through best buy again!

Always good service when needed wgen my electronics break or get lost

Infuriating - I drove over 70 miles (each direction) to purchase the in store exchange options for repair and when I needed it, they refused to help. After standing in line for an hour they would not help me in the store. So I had to wait on shipping, then I had to mail back my broken phone. Wouldn't let me drop it off at the geek squad counter (I tried since the return box came without a label). I could go on and on but I have never been impressed with the service and support from Geek Squad. All I got from management was a bunch of excuses. Previous need for help was a screen protector, and the "lifetime " screen protector (over $60) started coming off after a few weeks. Another waste of money and time. Of course when I asked them to replace it, more excuses as to why they couldn't help me.

it took me 1 hour to get assistance, i was referred to 2 persons and not get help. The 1st staff just told me to go to another person and i waited a long time. It was the third person who help me.

I always get protection for all my electronics, and geek squad have been helping with all my stuff... I always recommend it is worth paying some extra bucks to protect your expensive electronics

Very reliable insurance company easy to talk to and very helpful and true to their words costumer service is excellent

I'm not sure why they're able to sell a "warranty" that directly sites on top if a factory warranty they EXPECT to come first. After the second year is when the warranty is worth anything .. read the fine print before you spend your money .. only good for BIG money items that you want to protect for multiple years.
