The delivery guy was nice, professional and carried the TV with care.

I got the 5 year standard greek squad protection plan for my 55 inc 4k smart tv for $120 which I feel was a good deal because I had another tv without the plan and the main frame on it went bad and I tried to put it in the shop and they wanted $300 to fix it. Where now paying $120 for the plan and they will fix anything so I think that's a no brainer.

The TV was a lot bigger than I expected!! I love the screen size and how loud it can get and how bright it is. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is because it’s sometimes slow. Perfect for my BF’s gaming TV!!

I don't have to worry about anything with the geek squad, Making a phone call and having no worries makes me happy. Geek is always there when I need their help. The team is very acknowlable and it's a pleasure speaking or working with them. Keep up the good work, Geek Squad....

Have not taken advantage of this yet but the price was reasonable. we have electrical outages and i wanted to be protected in case there was some damage to our recently purchased television during an outage. again I thought the price was very fair. I would recommend it to any one.

I've used the Geek Squad previously to mount my 65' inch TV and they did an excellent job. This is the first time that I've purchased an extended warranty for my TV through Best Buy. I was told by a family friend the service is excellent just in case my TV begins to act up.

I've purchased this service since buying my 1st computer 15 years ago and renewed constantly because at my age I don't understand nor do I have the knowledge to figure out my 'BooBoo's without the help from Geek Squad...Thank You Geek Squad!

I didn't use the geek squad for this item, although I have heard so many good things about them and thier prompt services.I would definitely use them.

I came in price checking a tv and after Dean helped me, i left with a 85” Sony! Good tv so far! Dean has excellent customer service & is very polite & professional!! I will look for Dean to help me if needed when i go back!
