Replacement plan
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was returning a broken wireless headset for replacement. However the clerk couldn’t find in the system where I had purchased the plan. If you look at my purchases you’ll see I get one every year or so. I have a brother living with me who has cerebral palsy. He really only has the use of one arm. He’s also hard of hearing so I bought this headset for him to watch television. Every time I get a new set I always buy the replacement plan. I really thought I had purchased it the last time but maybe not. If it didn’t get bought the error was the clerk. I’m pretty sure I only paid 20 some dollars for the set that broke. That would have been for the new plan. I’m not sure what happened but it was very frustrating.
