After reviewing similar models, I chose this robot. Her name is Marjorie and I am really satisfied with her performance. I am completely amazed by the amount of dirt she picks up every day. The mapping took a while the first time but I don’t think that’s unusual. Now, after set up with the app, Marjorie works on her own. I love the virtual no-go ability. I haven’t tried the mopping functionality yet. I have both wood and carpet. Marjorie has no issues going from the wood to carpet, with one exception. I have a thick pile shag area rug. Marjorie struggled with it, so I set a no-go zone around the area rug. Other than that, she goes everywhere. The app will always show me where she is and what has been vacuumed. I have a 2.4/5 g network. I haven’t had any WiFi connection issues as others have mentioned. The dust bin is removed from the top, vs underneath like other vacuums. I have Marjorie homed in an inconspicuous corner in my house. She always finds her home even when on the other side of my home. I think overall robot vacuums are becoming better technology, this one has it all. 4 speed variable suction, mapping, vacuuming, mopping, scheduling, virtual no-go zones. I have 2 beagles and Marjorie helps keep the floors clean. It apparently uses similar technology used in self-driving cars. If one of the dogs gets too close, Marjorie will recognize them and change course. All in all, a great value if you can get it on sale.

This is the best robot vacuum that I ever had. I don't know why best buy doesn't sell this anymore(maybe because it is a Chinese product)-But it still is the best Robot Vacuum i have owned ( better than Bobsweep and irobot)-if anyone can find one of these please reply back to this review-i would buy another one in a heartbeat -best buy lost a good product on this one.-The only thing is good luck on finding replacement parts!

Very pleasantly surprised by this little machine! It took two tries to get the map completed (single story residence). Once map complete, it only got stuck twice, added no-go zones and it has not hung itself once! Not even on rug fringe. App is easy to use if a tiny bit confusing on whole house vs room and how to select rooms, but practice makes perfect. Started whole house cleaning this week from the doctor's office other side of town. Cleans well and easy to empty. Still in the honeymoon period, but so far compared to past dumb machines, is really worth it.

This has been a well worth it purchase so far. To get it fully set up, let it run through your home to map out every room. Then you’ll be able to set schedules and create no-go zones. It doesn’t bang into walls like a previous robot I had and the suction power is great. The app is good, but will occasionally say the vacuum is offline (hasn’t caused any issues though). I don’t have to stress about pet hair anymore. This thing is great!

Bought the C50 on a deal of the day and loved it but had a network issue so decided to upgrade to the higher up model. I love it even more! It has an easy to use app, scheduled cleanings, do not disturb mode, it maps out the rooms and you can choose when and where to clean. It’s a little shorter than the competitors vacuums so it fits under all my furniture. It got caught once it some cords I left out but sent me a message that it needed help so I could untangle it. Very impressed for the price I paid and would definitely buy it again!

Really like this vacuum. The Lidar technology allows it to get into places that my old robot vacuum often missed while also making sure it doesn't bash into things. Suction power seems as good or better than other robot vacuums I've used. App is easy to use and nice to create sections of your home.

I currently have a five robot vacuum in five different rooms from roomba and shark. I needed one more for a 150 sq foot bedroom. I have tried running it every day. It is less work for me to use a traditional vacuum since the 360 gets stuck so often. It gets stuck against furniture that is not even wedged unto. It gets stuck in middle of the floor with no objects. It is ambitious and says it loves to clean. But likes to get stuck more than it likes to clean. The suction seems to be decent on high. It is quiet on the lowest setting. I use the highest setting which isn't quiet. It's about the same loudness as my other vacuums.

This is the best vacuum I have owned. This actually finds its charging port. It remember the whole 1st floor. You can make it avoid certain areas if you want. It comes with a mop as well? Win win

This little guy has made my life so much easier. The only thing I would change is a lower sensor. My dining room chairs have a base that is about an inch high and the sensor misses it, so the bot tries to go over it and gets stuck on the chairs. To fix this I have to plip the chairs before every cleaning, or set it as a no-go zone, meaning I'd have to clean that area separately. Definitely not a huge deal though. Overall this little guy gets the job done!

Great vacuum, moping is pretty good. The biggest problem that I have encountered is that the app goes down a lot, so you can't make changes to the program. Once programmed, it does it's job. Also have not figured out how to get it to go to one specific room to clean.

I had researched various models prior to making the investment-Overall I’m very pleased with purchase especially at sale price. Only complaint is it does get stuck under sofa (but partially my fault for not taking the time to develop mapped zones).

Got this for about $200 less than current price. Love the way it systematically sweeps the floor. Have t used mop feature (not sure we ever will). However, we use the vacuum feature daily.

Bought this as a gift for my elderly parents who have a hard time with cleaning and a hard time with technology and my parents love it.

Nice unit, a little noisy but does a fair enough job of cleaning. Have not used the mop function so I can’t comment on that.

Works good. Cleans well. Not always easiest app to use. Having troubles mapping rooms. Otherwise OK

I got this as a gift for my clients and they loved it. I followed up other day and they say they are using it just about every day.

BEST PURCHASE EVER ! I have a cat who just loses a lot of fur and so every time I would Sweep my house the fur would fly everywhere. This was a total life changer…. My house is super clean and fur/dust free. My floors look amazing and I don’t have to worry about sweeping and having fur all over the place. One thing though, the mop feature sucks. It doesn’t do a good job mopping so just an FYI.

Okay vacuum that can also map separately. App asks for lots of personal data and shows ads to use. Clearly made to try and steal sales of the S7 by Roborock that won lots of awards.

I love my robot. It comes with a very odd voice that shouts “CLEANING MAKES ME HAPPY!” which was a little shocking at first, but you get used to it. It does such a great job on our carpet, mats, and tile. The app is great too now, but it did take a bit of time to connect it at first. 10/10 would recommend.
