The two guys went above and beyond I had a TV upstairs I wanted to take it downstairs to the rec room and they did it with no issues and they happily did it and it was they did a great job and I really appreciate it both my wife and I are handicapped so with them doing that really made our life easier

Never buy electronics without buying the ertra warranty. If something is going to happen to any piece of electronic equipment that you buy and you dont have the warrenty, you just wasted your money on the product

Bought this because as in previous experience, Best Buy does repair or replace TV’s. I had a DLP that had some kind of part failure and Best Buy took care of it. I have also bought TVs with this warranty and have not had issues. Its good for “peace of mind.” I most recently purchased this for an OLED. These TVs have a small risk of panel failure and/or image burn in. Best Buy offers coverage for this. I doubt I’ll have any issues, but just incase. I decided to get 5 years of coverage. TV’s are sensitive tech these days. They are difficult to transport etc... In home service is best.

Mr Nadeau and the other Geek Squad gentleman took down our older smart Tv, and mounted our new Tv using the same Tv mount as we previously had. They alsohooked up our Surround sound, Blu Ray player and our new streaming service. Very professional, friendly answering our questions. They also hauled away our old TV

I recently started having a screen issue with a TV I purchased from Best Buy; I had also purchased the Geek Squad Protection Plan. My TV was still within the extended Geek Squad warranty period. Honestly, I expected a major hassle trying to get my TV repaired/replaced. However, within a couple days Geek Squad determined my TV could not be repaired, offered almost the entire original purchase price, and applied it to a new TV of my choosing. The process was seamless and efficient, and I could not be happier! Needless to say, I once again purchased the Geek Squad Protection Plan for my new TV.

The agent who showed up to mount my TV and connected to all my devices, was amazing! She was so patient and very kind and not only sitting up the TV and my DIRECTV remote, but she loaded the fire TV remote to my iPhone, and completely set it up for me to her satisfaction. I am a quadriplegic, and she was very understanding of my need to be able to control the television from my iPhone. She spent quite a bit of time on setting my phone up because it was apparently quite an involved process. Normally I would attempt this on my own . But I am glad she did it for me. I wholeheartedly recommend the geek squad protection to anyone making a purchase from Best Buy.
