Any time I have had an issue and have been in touch with the GEEK SQUAD they handle the issue as soon as they can.

Good protection I have only had to use this twice. No problems with getting what I needed.

I purchased the warranty for my 50” LG TV and registered it on line. I doubt I will have to use it but it is a good feeling to know it is there.
