It took 4 separate appointments to get to the right installer who could install my outdoor TV. He was excellent and we worked through the install with the right solution. The first ones were time constrained so they just left and the next one canceled and following one left 15 minutes after they arrived saying they did not know how to find the studs. After numerous calls and being promised a gift card when it was completed the last installer and I figured out how to locate the studs and install the mount. Still no gift card....

Great product with good quality and easy to use. Very reliable.

My service was not completed today, TV has not been installed/mounted. Installer was unable to install on mount, have ordered another mount , cables and converters that he said are needed. I need to schedule another installation date for Monday, March 7. Please schedule.

Any “expensive” purchase always insure it for your own sanity.

Wasn’t centered properly. The sound bar wasn’t connected/ attached

After the delays, I will never use Geek Squad or shop at Best Buy again. I scheduled a TV install appointment for my senior mother to help her get a new TV installed. At the first appointment, the techs said she needed a different wall mount unit. No problem, returned one, ordered the one they wanted, made a follow-up appointment. Today was the install appointment date. After waiting for 2+ weeks, they hung a missed you sticker on our door and left. No call. No knock. They just left. I called the local store to see what happened and they hung up on me after I expressed my irritation in waiting just to have them leave with no attempt to contact me. All they would do is offer to reschedule again. This time a month out. Use anyone other than Geek Squad and you’ll be better off.
