Beautiful if you like the Retro Look!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review."I purchased this keypad to pair with the 8BitDo Retro Mechanical Keyboard, and it’s a perfect match! The C64 Edition’s retro design complements the keyboard beautifully. It’s functional, well-built, and has that same satisfying mechanical feel. I love how smooth and responsive the keys are, and the added customization options are a bonus. If you’re looking to complete your retro setup, this keypad is a must-have!"

Functional and Stylish
|Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This numpad works great, keys are tactile (if you like that) and super satisfying to click. Calculator screen is basic but gets the job done. Only complaint I have is that the size of the numpad is really big, and the 2.4ghz receiver is also huge. Also no macro software but i already knew that before buying

Neat, handy, useful, wistful.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love having a numeric pad, and having one that also scratches the retro itch of my childhood when life was simple is amazing... then the reality of adulthood settles in and the calculator feature to see how my finances slip away is useful too.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Even if you don't have nostalgia for the 80's or the NES this is just an honest to goodness great add-on numpad that also functions as a standalone calculator. Easy to switch between dongle & bluetooth.

It's dangerous to go alone!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this keypad to accompany the 8BitDo Retro Mechanical Keyboard and I couldn't be happier with it! They style gives off nostalgic vibes, and the keys themselves are just as comfortable and fun to type on as the keyboard is. They keys are hot swappable, which is very nice. It can do wired, BT, 2.4Ghz mode via an USB-A adapter, which magnetically attaches at the bottom of the keypad. There's a dedicated calculator app button to launch the app on any laptop, and it also doubles as an actual calculator, which I find I use more often than a numbpad for my computer. All-in-all I'd recommend this to anyone who doesn't mind a little bulkier keypad and likes the retro NES style.

Pretty Cool Little Adding Machine
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received this as a Christmas gift (likely from Best Buy since I pointed out a sale to my wife) and it's a great addition to the matching tenkeyless 8BitDo Retro Keyboard. Since I use both Mac and Windows, this configuration works well to give me a numpad for data entry on my Mac, but there's a few things to keep in mind. First, it is only "programmable" via their proprietary Ultimate Software, which is a bit clunky (but it works). But you can't get that for Mac, so you're stuck with it "as is" if you're using it with an Apple product. Second, one thing you might notice is that the newly released full-size keyboard has a double-high "+" key (like a good old fashioned adding machine) where this does not. Keep that in mind when you compare this separate keypad to the full-size keyboard. Third, this not only has a built-in standalone calculator, but it also has a calculator call-up button to bring up the Calculator app in Windows. Sadly, it won't work with Apple products. I do not believe that MacOS even "sees" the function when the button is pressed, so from what I gather, mapping this button is impossible. Finally, for Windows, it works absolutely fine. There are magnets on the left side which will allow it to (mostly) self-align with the tenkeyless 8BitDo Retro Keyboard, making it feel almost like a full-size keyboard, albeit one without a numlock button. I don't believe this will work as an arrow pad, however; you would need to remap everything and switch between profiles. This keypad does NOT have the profile switching button common to most 8BitDo programmable peripherals. All-in-all, if you're looking to add a separate numpad and want it to be modular, this is a fantastic product, especially if you like the idea of having a standalone calculator available. For entering tons of numerical data, like I do, it's fine for MacOS, even if it isn't perfect. Just keep in mind you won't be able to auto-detect the keyboard type, since MacOS will ask you to press the keys left and right of the SHIFT keys as if this were an alphanumeric keyboard. Just fail that autodetect and choose ISO and it'll function just fine. BUT, if you are considering a full-size keyboard for Windows, and you need a numpad, you might want to actually order the new Retro 108 keyboard directly from 8BitDo (or Best Buy if they offer it). I bought the original here at Best Buy because I wanted the exclusive N-series joystick to match, and I knew this keypad would be just as useful on my MacBook.

Great numpad
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Greatnumpad for one thing, being a numpad unlike other premium numpads this is not programmable so if your looking for a numpad and nothing else get this one, if your looking for a a macopad with easy customizable software for your worklife look elsewhere
