Great for my purposes

Acer has always meant great value.I basically use this for personal emails, Google and You Tube and did not need anything fancy. Just basic which this does well. The only weak point (IMHO) is the battery life is limited between charges

Wonderful, Until It Lost All Audio Capabilities

I followed every step to every recommendation on how to fix this issue, and nothing helped. It was as though it no longer had speakers at all. I bought this laptop at the end of November, and it stopped having sound by February. I purchased it at such a great price, it would not be worth it to spend the same amount to have it fixed. I would like to try another one, but this time, I would think twice about also including a plan that would cover issues, such as the one I had. I am unsure if the laptop I happened to get simply had a problem, but because of this, I cannot recommend it to others.
